- Bronxworks: A nonprofit that helps individuals and families improve their economic and social well-being. From toddlers to seniors, Bronxworks feeds, shelters, teaches, and supports neighbors to build a stronger community.
- Common Ground Adelaide (Australia): Uses Common Ground methodology to end homelessness in Adelaide, Australia. Common Ground Adelaide opened its first residence in February 2008 with similar on-site support programs to Common Ground’s residences in the US.
- Catholic Charities of Brooklyn & Queens: Promotes unity among all persons by seeking to develop caring communities. To fulfill our commitment to providing humane social services to all our neighbors, Catholic Charities sponsors 183 programs and services throughout the boroughs of Brooklyn & Queens.
- Center for Urban Community Services: Mission is to end homelessness for as many people as possible and ensure that low income individuals and families, especially those living with mental illness, AIDS, or other disabling conditions, can live successfully in our communities.
- Good Shepherd Services: Provides on-site case management for the Foyer residents in The Christopher. These services include education and vocational counseling and support; benefits education; job placement and on-site internship opportunities; and assistance securing permanent housing.
