Common Ground provides property management services for The Lenniger Residences, located in the East Tremont section of the Bronx. Comprising two adjacent five-story buildings, this 92-unit residence provides permanent supportive housing to low-income adults and families, formerly homeless adults, and families and adults with histories of mental illness.

Although the Lenniger has units varying in size from studios to 2-bedrooms, we are currently accepting applications for studio apartments only.
