On Thursday, June 3rd, 2004, the Chief State Attorney's Office held a press conference to announce the naming of Common Ground as managers of The Seth Chauncey Hotel.

Chief State 's Attorney Christopher  L. Morano presided over the press conference, which included remarks by  Common Ground president Rosanne Haggerty, Willimantic Police Chief Lisa Maruzo-Bolduc, CHFA  vice  president Timothy H. Coppage, First Selectman Michael T. Paulhus, and Karen Kucher, the new building director.
